Madeline Goodman is a metalsmith artist, handcrafting organic jewelry from nature molds to lost wax casting and/or resin.  Each piece is one-of-a-kind and is pulled right from nature. 

Madeline came to the Upper Peninsula from Chicago in 2011 to pursue an education in metalsmithing at Northern Michigan University Art & Design Program.  Inspired by the Great Lakes, Huron Mountains, local hiking spots (Harlow Lake, Song Bird Trail, Wetmore Landing – can’t share all my favorite hiking spots, you’ll have to discover those on your own), Madeline uses organic materials to represent nature in her jewelry. 

Resin Molds include:  lichen, moss, bees, honeycombs, and butterfly wings.

Lost Wax Casting Molds include:  cuttlefish bones, feathers, cedar, twigs, bees, flowers, hops, and coffee beans.
